REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only considered for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

2. Time Frame for Requests

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. Any requests beyond this period will not be eligible.

3. Request Process

  • Email us at hello@shopshewon.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a detailed description.

  • Our team will review your case within 7 business days and determine if a refund is applicable.

4. Non- Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Change of mind.

    • Incorrect sizing (please refer to our size guide before purchasing).

    • Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods.

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for refunds.

 

5. Return Costs

  • Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Refunds will only cover the item cost, excluding any shipping fees.

 

6. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
