Refunds are only considered for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. Any requests beyond this period will not be eligible.

Our team will review your case within 7 business days and determine if a refund is applicable.
4. Non- Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind.

Incorrect sizing (please refer to our size guide before purchasing).

Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods.

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for refunds.
5. Return Costs

Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Refunds will only cover the item cost, excluding any shipping fees.
6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
