SHIPPING POLICY
1. Our delivery times are approximate estimates because life sometimes has its twists—think unexpected traffic jams, surprise road closures, weather hiccups, or other unforeseen events. But worry not, we’ll always do our best to whisk your order to you as soon as we can!
2. If it looks like your order is running a bit behind, we’ll notify you with love and care. No one likes waiting, so we promise to keep you in the loop!
3. SHEWON might partner with trusted third-party delivery services to get your goodies to you within 7 working days. While we’ll do our best to choose the sweetest partners, their behavior is out of our hands. (But fingers crossed the bubble wraps in the package will do its work!)
4. Please ensure someone is home to receive your order, or make arrangements for a friend to help out. All risks and responsibility of the product shall be handed over to you upon completion of delivery.
5. If we can’t find you at delivery, we’ll give you a ring at the number you provided during checkout. If the aforementioned attempts to contact you have failed, you will be liable for the order’s payment in full as if you have received it. So, please please please stay reachable, lovely!
